The unun is at the base and has a counterpoise which can be placed in any configuration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe mast sits in a \"spike\" and including the winding of the wire around the mast you should be on the air in under 5 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe antenna is not resonant, and you will need an ATU, either built in or the very affordable ATU100 (I use one).
